- Hello and welcome to first grade! My name is Tara Woolley and I am very excited to be teaching first grade at Thurmont Primary again this year. I obtained my B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland, and am working toward my M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction at Hood College.
